Prayer and ServiceWe perform devotional works by praying for the needs of our members, our parish community and our church through public recitation of the rosary at our monthly bilingual rosary, praying at our monthly general meetings, serving as prayer warriors, serving meals to Habitat for Humanity volunteers, sponsoring pilgrimages, hosting bereavement receptions, participating in our nursing home ministry, rosary-making, hands of mercy ministry, and the celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe on December 12 each year.
Volunteers are needed for:Rosary-Making
Rosaries are created for retreats, deployed military, seniors, expectant mothers, and other community groups. The time commitment is 3 hours each month
Project Lawrence
Volunteers solicit donations and send packages to St. Luke deployed military members. The time commitment is 2 hours every 3-4 months
Bereavement receptions
Volunteers from our ministry are encouraged to help staff the Bereavement Ministry funeral receptions as needed.
