Altar Servers

The Altar Serving Ministry is an organization which helps develop the children and young adults of the St. Luke community in their Catholic Faith teaching them to provide service in the form of the preparation and execution of each celebration of the Mass. This ministry is available for children that have received first Holy Communion (2nd grade) and they are allowed to serve until they reach the age of 18. In order to actively serve as an altar server, the child must attend the training workshop held once a year which is approximately 2 - 3 hrs. in length where they will learn the duties of an altar server.
